Must have:
-Project management skills (senior),
-Experience 8 years
-Proven track record of managing complex project execution in an international environment, New system implementation coordination experience, Combined strategic thinking with hands-on actions
-Experience from PLM-systems is a must
-Proactive problem-solver and teamplayer, Comfortable with fast decision making, Ability to prepare and facilitate collaborative workshops, Interpersonal skills and communication abilities in English (written and verbal), High proficiency in Power point and Excel
Good to have:
– Experience from coaching project team members
The Implementation Lead would be part of the Project’s Planning Team and report to the Project manager
- Key responsibilities and accountabilities
—Role on project team responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all implementation activities driven centrally by the project (will be several workstreams ongoing in parallel)
—Work together with the representatives on project core team from each Product Line at Electrolux to secure that they are on plan, risks are actively managed and gaps properly assessed
—Close collaboration and daily interaction with Data Transformation Lead role on Project Planning team, as well as the external technical data migration team supporting the implementation
—Synchronize and collaborate with organizational change management activities as the implementation is progressing in each Product Line
—Secure relevant inputs and outputs are discussed and realized with all Gennaker Planning Team members
—Facilitate formulation and continuous adjustments of clear and aligned overall project implementation scope, strategy & plan (incl high-level analysis as needed)
—Manage execution of full project implementation based on agreed scope, strategy & plan – Project Phase by Project Phase
—Establish weekly interactions & arrange and facilitate workshops with the relevant parties to secure implementation is progressing according to plan and gaps managed
—Identify and manage risks and opportunities in project implementation planning and execution
—Track progress vs plan, report out and bring potential solutions for how to mitigate risks and potential gaps
—Contribute to, and/or drive assessments/analysis relating to project overall, as needed
—Project Planning team member on the Core Team, reporting to the Project Manager
