Change Communication Specialist

We are looking for a Change Communication Specialist to our global client within home appliance industry.

Period: ASAP – 18 december 2026
Part time 20h/week
Location: Stockholm

We are seeking a skilled communications specialist with strong experience in change communications and change management to support an intranet transformation project.

In this role, you will help drive clear, engaging and structured communication that supports organizational change, helping colleagues understand, adopt and engage with new tools, processes and ways of working.

You bring hands-on experience from similar large-scale transformation or digital projects, and are comfortable translating complex change initiatives into accessible, human-centered communication across channels.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver change communication activities aligned with the project roadmap

Develop clear, engaging messaging to support adoption of new tools, processes and platforms

Create, edit, organize and maintain content

Translate complex project updates into simple, actionable communication for different audiences

Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders and functions across the organization

Support stakeholder alignment through structured communication planning and coordination

Qualifications / Skills

Proven experience in change communications and/or change management, ideally in large-scale transformation projects

Demonstrated experience working on similar digital, organizational or transformation-related initiatives

Strong editorial background with excellent writing and proofreading skills

Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and audience-focused communication

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience working with stakeholders across functions and levels

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving project environment

Ability to work independently and drive communication activities end-to-end

Native-level English (written and spoken)

Experience with digital publishing platforms (CMS) and intranet environments
